Andy's Foundation is dedicated to our son, Andrew Parr Psarras, who tragically died at age nineteen of an acute drug intoxication on January 16, 2004. It is our hope that this website will provide ongoing information to help combat the use of illegal drugs and their potential consequence of needless deaths.
