Andy's Foundation is formed to combat the use of illegal drugs and the irresponsible use of legal drugs by:

• Preventative education
• Increasing community sensitivity and awareness
• Facilitating the process of confidentially identifying drug dealers
• Supporting severe criminal prosecution of drug dealers ranging from drug trafficking charges to possible charges of involuntary manslaughter
• Increasing communication within the most vulnerable populations of pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults with their families
• Strengthening of alternative coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety
• Making available immediate medical advice for individuals encountering a substance user in an emergency medical situation
